    About the Bridge Layout

Bridge splits the board in two. Two thick towers stand at the ends, joined by a span only two rows deep. At 14 tiles across it's one of the widest boards here, and the towers are where nearly all the tiles live.

The split changes how you plan. A tile you need may be in the other tower, and the two sides don't open each other up, so you have to work both evenly.

    Bridge by the Numbers

144 tiles over 4 layers, 14 tiles wide and 6 rows high. These percentages show how often a bot choosing pairs at random won, across 2,000 games at each level:

    58.2%
    Easy
    27.3%
    Medium
    2.6%
    Hard
    0.3%
    Expert

A thinking player will do far better than a random one. See how we measured this.

    Bridge Mahjong Solitaire FAQ

What makes Bridge different from other layouts?

It's the only board split into two separate stacks. Clearing one tower does nothing to open the other, so you have to plan across both.

    Is Bridge good for phones?

It's one of the widest boards here, so tiles are small on a phone held upright. Turning your phone sideways helps a lot.
